Do I need a referral?
If your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care physician, it is your responsibility to make sure that a referral is in place before your appointment.
How do I reach Dr. Francis in an emergency?
During business hours, please call our office at (808) 450-2370. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Does San Miguel Endocrine accept medication refills directly from pharmacy staff?
All prescription refills should be made directly by patients to either our office phone lines or Emails. We will not refill any pharmacy requested medication refills without first hearing from you the patient.
Can I send requests the Queen’s Medical Center CareLink?
San Miguel Endocrine does not regularly monitor the Queens Medical Center CareLink My Chart communication so please email or call us directly for all requests.
Are there other functions of CareLink that I can use to see results and notes?
Please sign up for Queens MyChart at https://mychart.queens.org/mychart/
Can I get of copy of my labs and other test results?
We are happy to email lab results but help our practice minimize requests by taking advantage of using the MyDLS Chart website which you can sign up for at https://dls.atlaspatientportal.com/#/
